Kendall Investments Ltd established by Director Steve Kendall are based in the North West of England and have over 20 years of experience developing social housing and providing “turnkey” high yield UK based investment property.

Over this time we have refurbished and delivered a substantial amount of fully let, guaranteed rental properties throughout the North of England giving high unbroken Net returns of 8.5%+ pa

Each property we provide for our clients is signed on a 7 year rental lease with Serco a trusted and respected blue chip company who manage the “AASC” Asylum housing contract on behalf of the UK Government.

We are one of the first companies to provide this type of property to Serco and we are proud to hold Preferred supplier status.

Over a 20 year period we have sourced, refurbished and furnished hundreds of properties which are all still successfully generating high net returns with no effort or input required from our clients. We have worked hard to establish a good track record delivering  UK Government backed “no void” residential social housing investment property to our private and corporate client base.
